Street Parking Reminder
With the July 4th holiday right around the corner and guests throughout summer on their way, homeowners and residents are reminded to tell their guests that parking on the street is only permitted in marked spaces and not on the sides of the streets with mailboxes. When your guests arrive, please ask them where they parked to insure they are not parked in a no parking area.

Fiber Optic Internet Now Available
After much ado, the fiber optic lines have completed being installed throughout the community. Residents may contact the internet provider, Gigabit Now, for rates and service sign up by visiting their website https://www.gigabitnow.com/placentia/.
Previous internet service providers will remain available to residents as well.

Annual Meeting Election Results
The Annual Meeting for the election of members to the Board of Directors was held February 29, 2024. Two positions were up for election and two candidates were elected. Congratulations to Karine Armanet and Martha Coppola where were re-elected to the Board of Directors for two year terms ending February 2026!
Thank you to all homeowners who returned their ballots. The Placentia Village Groves bylaws require 50% of homeowners return their ballots to reach quorum and hold the election. This means that at least 63 ballots must be returned. The minimum of 63 ballots was not received, but with some scrambling of volunteers the Association was able to gather the remaining ballots needed and avoid the expense of postponing the election. Please be sure to return your completed ballot for the 2025 election.

Annual Meeting Election 2/29/24
The annual meeting for the election of the Board of Directors will be held February 29, 2024. Ballots were mailed on January 26, 2024. A quorum of 63 completed ballots (50% of the membership) are required to be received in order to hold the election on February 29, 2024. Please mail back your completed ballot today.
In the event the required 63 completed ballots are not received, the Annual Meeting and election will be postponed. Per the Association’s Bylaws the quorum will reduce to 25% or 32 ballots.
If you have misplaced your ballot, you may contact Action Property Management and request a replacement at (949) 450-0202 or by emailing to the Manager Assistants team at maoc@actionlife.com. If by mistake a ballot had already been mailed, only the first ballot will be counted.
