The new 2024 parking permit stickers are available. If you are renewing or requesting one for the first time, please complete and return the application and documents. The form is available on the online Resident Portal in the Forms folder or you can request the form by emailing the Action Manager Assistants team at maoc@actionlife.com.

The green 2023 permit stickers will remain valid through the end of January. Please request your orange 2024 replacement stickers before February.

Exterior modifications, additions or alterations to the exterior of homes in Placentia Village Groves require the homeowner to submit an architectural application and receive project approval before beginning work. Here is some information to help you find and submit the information you may need.

Where can I find the architectural application and information?

All documents, including the application, that a homeowner may need can be found online in the Resident Portal, https://resident.actionlife.com. These documents can be found in the Architectural folder. This includes roof replacement information and PDF files of the paint schemes that can be downloaded.

Where do I send my application?

Applications or questions can be emailed to Action’s Manager Assistants at maoc@actionlife.com. Checks can be mailed to Heron Pointe, c/o Action Property Management, 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine, CA 92614. You may also call Action with questions at 949-450-0202.

SiFi Networks has installed the fiber optic lines however there are areas in the street that still need repair from the work. Photos and locations have been given to SiFi Networks and Management and the Board are working to have the work completed. Once the internet street work is completed the Board is planning to have asphalt repaired and seal coated throughout the community.

The remains of three cats were recently found in the community who had fallen victim to coyotes. Homeowners and residents are reminded to bring in your pets at night and do not leave pet food or water outside overnight.

If anyone is looking for their missing outdoor pet, you may want to contact animal control to learn if your pet was one of the victims.

The September Board meeting will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Closed door Executive session will begin at 6:30 pm and the open Regular Session will begin at 7:00 pm. This date is for the month of September only. Meetings will resume on the 3rd Thursday of the month in October.
